Flights & Travel are not included in the charter price, unless clearly stipulated in the quote.
Gratuities for gillys and staff are not included in the charter price. Please tip the guys generously š
Passports are required to be valid at least 6 months beyond the intended period of stay. And VISAās should be acquired in advance. We are not liable if you are denied access to the country where the charter is taking place.
Due to extensive trip preparation, hotel requirements, and demand for each charter, cancellations must be made more than 60 days prior to the charterās departure.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure will be refunded, however a cancellation fee of 30% of total cost will be charged (plus any non refundable expenses such as special chartered flights, outsourced boats and accommodation where cancellation fees are higher than 30%)
Cancellations within 60 days will not be refunded. Re-bookings will be accommodated less any nonrefundable expenses and loss of income.
We recommend each diver obtaining travel insurance should any unforeseen circumstances happen within the 60 days and cancelation is required.
50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve charter dates. The balance will be due 60 days prior to your departure date. Payments can be made by Paypal, or wire transfer.
Any changes in exchange rates between time of quoting and final payment will need to be accounted for.
Locations and itinerary quoted are weather dependent and subject to change if necessary to optimize fishing conditions.
Spearfishing gear & diving equipment is available upon request. Lead weights are supplied. Any gear hire needs to be arranged at time of booking, and is subject to any additional freight or excessive handling charges.

Photo’s and Video: GreatĀ effort will be taken to capturing pics and footage on your trip. These pictures and video filesĀ will need processing which can take hours of work which are not costed in as part of the standard charter price. When booking customised tripsĀ anĀ $2000.00 upfront non refundable payment will be required. Once the booking is made this will go towards the deposit.
