REFUND & RETURNS
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you need to return an item for any reason, please read the simple guidelines below.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Once we have received and accepted your email notifying us of the return request, the item(s) must be shipped back to us and delivered to our address within 30 days from the date you requested the return.
Important:
All returns, including defective items, must be shipped back to us at the customer’s cost, including:
- Return courier fees
- Any import duties / taxes charged to us on return
Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless defective or incorrect, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom-made products
- Sales items

How to Start a Return

Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if the item is defective)
We will provide the correct return address and steps to follow.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 working days after inspection. Do note that international bank processing times may vary.
If the item is not returned in acceptable condition, a partial refund may apply.
Return shipping and duties are not refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment method company you used to make the purchase, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank or the payment company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
You may exchange an item, subject to stock availability.
- Customer covers shipping to return the original item
- Customer covers shipping of the replacement item
- Duties/taxes may apply for international exchanges
If the requested item is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
